This report includes details about any data-bearing devices, such as hard drives and solid-state storage, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.  The details of any data-bearing devices will also be shown separately on the data destruction certificate. 

It's worth noting that, in our commitment to streamline the process, we do not record the make, model, and serial numbers of peripheral items such as keyboards and mice.
