Our process starts as soon as you get in touch to discuss collecting your redundant/retired IT equipment.  We will ensure your details are correct on our database in order to make the collection as seamless as possible.  We are a very flexible business so we can always arrange collections that suit you best, day or night!

Generally, we can collect your equipment within 3 working days if not sooner.

Upon collecting all your equipment, we will issue you with a waste transfer notice (WTN).  This will have a summary of all items collected signed by you and us.  It will also state our waste carrier’s registration number and SIC codes.

We carry tools in our vehicles as we are aware some items will need to be dismantled in order to get them out of the building (especially network cabinets).

We are fully DBS checked and carry ID with us on site.  DBS certificates can be provided before the collection for your peace of mind if required.

So… We are offering a great service totally free of charge.  How do we derive our revenue?

We reuse before we recycle. Simple.  Our technicians refurbish as much equipment as they can, keeping as much as possible in the useable chain.

We have many different avenues of resale.  We professionally refurbish computers, servers, laptops, and tablets for resale as complete units.  Depending on the value we may test but then strip to component level for resale keeping to our Zero landfill target ensuring a low environmental impact.  This is all done to PAS141 standards.

Please feel free to contact us with any queries you may have.  Our friendly team is always happy to help and aim to get back to you within two business hours. 01283 813977
